由于碳素结构钢或低合金圆钢表面上的氧化铁皮具有疏松、多孔和裂纹的结构,加之氧化铁皮在酸洗时随同钢材一起经过矫直、拉矫、传送的反复弯曲,使这些孔隙裂缝进一步增加和扩大。所以,酸溶液在与氧化铁皮起化学反应的同时,也可以通过裂缝和孔隙渗透而与16mn圆钢基体的铁起化学反应。也就是说,在酸洗一开始就同时进行着所有3种氧化物和金属铁与酸溶液之间的化学反应,所以,酸洗的过程包括了以下3个方面的作用:

  (1) RONGJIEZUOYONG

   16mn圆钢表面氧化铁皮中各种铁的氧化物与酸发生化学反应,生成溶于水的铁盐而溶解于酸溶液内。若用盐酸或硫酸进行酸洗时,生成可溶解于酸液的正铁及亚铁氯化物或硫酸盐,从而把氧化铁皮从16Mn圆钢表面除去。这种作用,—般称作溶解作用。

  (2) JIXIEBOLIZUOYONG
